Biography
Nditange Shigwedha is currently working as a Food Scientist at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in China. Just recently, he has successfully completed his postdoctorate thesis under Prof. Lanwei Zhang at the School of Food Science and Engineering, HIT, Harbin. From 2007 to 2014, he taught many courses in the field of Food Science and Technology at the University of Namibia. He also served as Head of Department (HOD) at the Department of Food Science & Technology between 2008 and 2012. Since 2000, he has done much research on probiotics and published more than 28 papers in reputable journals. At the present time, he is also collaborating with Dr. Liubov Sichel in a shared project on probiotics between Lytic Enzymes LLC and HIT.
